In one week life will become hectic and busy.. more so than it is now. ( Is this possible?) The moving guys will be here to load up stuff here on Sage Court and take everything to a new place on Maple Grove Lane. That means.... I am going along too! This whole moving thing has not really hit me until this week.
I am trying to keep life as consistent as possible with the kids as movers come in to pre-inspect, house inspectors come to pre-inspect our home before our "final inspection" (deep cleaning a military home to be sure we pass the inspection) returning water softener, old library books found under the beds, "our last times" to gymnastics, to see friends, etc.... It's been an emotional week for the kids to say the least. And yes, that means for the rest of us too.
I've decided to stop my very infrequent posts until we are moved in and settled into life in "the new place." Wierd thought.
We are so excited becuase on our way to DC we will see our families in SC! We have two beach trips planned with our families and may even have some alone time. It's so fun to think about being closer to home, to our families. How fun that we can hop in our car and be home in a few hours or have them (or anyone else that wants to come visit.. we'd love it) at our home from time to time. It's been sad being so far away from our parents and family but the reality is that we will be so close now that will see them often. What a blessing from the Lord.
