Three Quick Thoughts

I found these in Runner's World. Loved the reminder of Jesus.

I can trust God in the process of  His taking us day by day through life as I focus on the Finish Line--Heaven, my Eternal Home. What a comfort. Lord, keep shifting my perspective.

I catch myself looking at all the areas in my life I feel I need to change, and areas in my girls' lives where I see   need for change. Then I realize that my attention is on ME doing the changing rather than the ONE ALONE Who does the changing! Ahhh, when I remember that, peace comes and I forget about what I should DO and delight in WHO I AM. ( God's Beloved child) He loves me!

Lord, shift my attention. May it be always on You. Have the last first and last thoughts and the ones in between. Have all the words on my tongue. May love abound and spill out into my life. 

Lord, I am Yours. Everything I need I will find in You.
