Broken Phone

I've been without my phone for 5 days now. ( It's broken and we don't have a landline) I never knew how much I depend on it. For keeping up with family and friends, for scheduling appointments, for making plans to meet someone. I feel really disconnected. However, I know it was God's perfect way to give me some real quiet time with Him. I've been praying more and reading the Word more, so I suppose it's not all that bad it's broken. However, I miss people!! I miss the voices of the ones I love. I miss those of you who pray with me and for me and encourage me! This little incident has really made me even more thankful for those of you who love me and who walk life with me. The Lord KNEW WITHOUT A DOUBT that we all need each other and need to stay encouraged and reminded to stay the course and keep our eyes on The Connector of all things. He binds us together, doesn't He?

Don't get me wrong.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my husband and girls with all that I am and all that I have in my heart to give, but there is something special about a kindred spirit that YOU ALL ( and any of you others who do not read this! :) can offer me. So thank you. I love you so deeply and I am grateful for your love. I love the body of Christ.
