Two Teams

TEAM ONE: JESUS

When I am walking with Jesus I am:
Pleasant
Tenderhearted
Kind
Gentle
Humble
Sacrificial
Serving
A peace maker
Poor in spirit
Merciful
Full of joy in the Lord
Hungering and thirsting for righteousness
Pure in heart

TEAM TWO: ME

When I am self sufficient I am:
Anxious
Impatient
Focused on self
Controlled by my circumstances
Unforgiving
Wanting my way
Lazy
In love with the world and its pleasures
Critical
Judgemental
Always comparing
Abrasive
Complacent

It's game time and two teams are playing. Both want to win. But only one gets the true victory.

I'm playing with Jesus.
